vip7 Terms & Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vip7 ("vip7," "we," "us," "the platform"). They apply to all use of the vip7 website at vip7.lt, the vip7 mobile application, and any related services provided by the platform.

By accessing or using vip7 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you consent to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register for an account and use vip7's services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by vip7 for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

vip7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified may be suspended pending review. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed without prior notice, and any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your vip7 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. Sharing your login details with another person — even a family member — is your responsibility, and any resulting transactions will be treated as authorised by you.

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. vip7 will never contact you to ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, notify the support team immediately and change your password.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — remain accurate and up to date. vip7 may use these details to send you security codes (OTP), account notifications, and other important communications.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on vip7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you send is the amount that reflects in your wallet, subject to any minimum transaction requirements in effect at the time.

Deposits may be made using supported Philippine payment channels, which may include bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and local e-wallets. The specific channels available to you will be displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same type of channel used for deposit, or to an account or e-wallet registered in your legal name as it appears on your vip7 account. vip7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the channel selected and may vary.

• All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vip7 may request supporting documents before processing a transaction.
• vip7 reserves the right to place a hold on a withdrawal pending verification of account activity, particularly following significant wins or unusual account behaviour.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once wagered. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support before placing any bets.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on vip7.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on vip7 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. These Terms apply alongside those individual rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific game rules take precedence for game-related disputes, while these Terms govern all account and platform matters.

Bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. vip7 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed under the following circumstances:

• A technical error or malfunction affected the game or odds at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in a manner that exploited a known or unknown software error.
• The stated odds or game outcome were clearly erroneous at the time the bet was settled.
• The bet was placed in violation of any fair play rule specific to that game or market.

Sports betting markets are subject to their own settlement rules. Results are settled based on official sources for each sport and competition. For Philippine competitions such as PBA, results are taken from official league records. For international competitions, settlement follows widely recognised official results at the time of publication.

vip7 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, updates, or content review. No compensation is provided for the temporary unavailability of a game.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, vip7 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, or other promotional rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

General principles that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. vip7 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and promotional rewards are separate from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7 Security and Verification

vip7 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Login is protected by OTP-based two-step verification tied to your registered Philippine mobile number. These security measures are in place to protect your account and your balance.

As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, vip7 may require you to submit identity verification documents at various stages of your account's lifetime — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until the verification process is complete. vip7 handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vip7 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with games or the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of coordinated fraud in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any point during your account's use.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in games for financial gain.
• Abusing customer support channels through harassment, threats, or repeated unfounded claims.

vip7 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where evidence is found, action will be taken without prior warning. Any balances associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Players are encouraged to:

10 Suspension and Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If an account is closed by vip7 due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining may be withheld depending on the nature of the breach. If an account is closed at the player's own request without any outstanding Terms violations, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment channel.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team through the official contact channel. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

vip7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, vip7 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game histories, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability in cases where it would be unlawful to do so.

12 Changes to These Terms

vip7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify registered players through their registered email or mobile number.
